    Marmot does not recommend dry cleaning for any of our products. Gore-Tex® fabric products, MemBrain® fabric products, down insulated products, and fleece are all machine washable. You should use a commercial front loading machine and follow the care instructions.

    We ship throughout the world using NZ Post.  FREE delivery to New Zealand and Australia on all orders.  Our awesome dispatch team aims to process your orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday and we'll advise you if there's any delay due to sourcing your item from another store.

    Want your gear fast? No hassle select express post at the checkout to get delivery of your order as fast as possible.  International Express Track and Trace delivers to Australia in 2-3 days, 1-2 day delivery available within New Zealand.  If you're in a remote area you'll need to be a little more patient with deliveries.     

    EASY RETURNS

    Wrong size? Not quite what you wanted? No worries. You can return your unused purchase in up to 60 days from the day you received it.  Simply use the return slip enclosed with your package and ship back to us for an exchange or refund.
