I have been in -20 weather in Canada and they keep me warm, legs get a bit cool but not cold, and if the weather is warmer they are THE perfect pant. they are comfortable and very flattering. You can dress them up and wear them out bc they don't look like tracksuit pants or wear them to exercise in, they are fantastic! i am 5 10 and 144pounds or 65 ish kilos, the medium fits perfect, they are long too which is a bonus for me. just love them!
