Outside Sports dispatches orders within two days of receiving an order (subject to item availability). All of
our deliveries are dispatched through New Zealand Post.

FREE International Air postage on all orders over $199.99NZ8. (*exceptions apply to large items)
Options for Economy courier (Track and Trace) are available and attract normal charges. Large items will incur additional charges, indicated on the item when ordering.
International orders have postage options of:
- International Economy Courier - track and trace courier service, faster delivery, online tracking and signature on delivery. Available to selected countries only. Uk, Europe (excluding Russia, Hungary, Portugal, Greece, Italy), Canada, USA, Australia, Japan.
- International Air - standard international post. (FREE on all orders $199.95NZ and over)
Delivery times to international destinations vary dependant on the postage service selected.
- Courier post 2-6 working days.
- Standard Air 8 - 14 days for delivery (delivery provider dependent).
For any special delivery requests such as a "gift card" or a multiple destination delivery please place your instructions
in the "special instructions" box on the "delivery page" of the checking out process.

Certain brands may be restricted from sale outside of New Zealand. Skis and Snowboards can't be shipped international due to customs and import regulations. Available for delivery within New Zealand only.

You can shop for goods in 7 currencies, please note: all transactions are processed in New Zealand dollars. All currency exchange rates are updated on a regular basis, however these are estimates only. All transactions are charged in NZ dollars with your nominated bank, at the banks current exchange rate.
