These footbeds have really helped my riding. I did the bike fit in the Outside Sports bike shop in Queenstown and they showed me how my knees fall in when I ride. With these footbeds I now have a more stable ride and no more knee pain. I highly recommend doing the bike fit and getting your bike set up correctly for you.
