Outside Sports is pleased to be able to offer FREE nationwide delivery throughout New Zealand on orders over $100 NZD* and FREE International delivery to over 35 countries on orders over $100 NZD*. We also offer a completely FREE click and collect service.
*Please note that large / oversized items are excluded from the free shipping offer but can be collected for free via click and collect.

- > Express delivery is available to most locations throughout New Zealand, however, customers on the New Zealand Rural Delivery Postal route should allow an additional 3 working days for delivery.
- > Express delivery timescale is based on orders placed before 3pm (New Zealand time), for orders placed after 3pm please allow an additional day for delivery.
- > Express delivery is not available on public holidays.
- > Express delivery is not available on international delivery.

Delivery of large / oversized items
Large and oversized items have an additional freight fee which varies by product. Please check the individual product page to see if the item(s) you are ordering are considered large / oversized and are therefore subject to an additional freight fee.
Large / oversized item(s) are sent by courier and are tracked door to door. We only charge you what the courier charges us for shipping large / oversized items. For delivery timescales on large / oversized items please see the tables above.
Please note that it may not be possible to ship large / oversized items to all countries. If you have a question about shipping a large / oversized item to a country outside of New Zealand or Australia please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help: info@outsidesports.co.nz

Presents and Gift Service
Giving a gift is easy! We'll gift wrap and send a card, all free of charge. Simply include your message in the special instructions box on the checkout page. If you have a special date in mind, don't forget to include this in the instructions for delivery.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Outside Sports we strive to build long-term relationships with each and every one of our customers. We can only accomplish our mission if you are happy with the products you buy from us. So, we’ve created a guarantee that takes any risk out of shopping from Outside sports. We guarantee to refund your money or exchange any item that you aren’t 100% satisfied with, it’s that simple.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you can return the item(s) to us for a refund or for an exchange within 60 days from the date the item(s) were dispatched.
To return an item for an exchange or refund please return your item(s) along with the bottom portion of your packing slip with the details completed, or a note attached with your details and if you would like to receive an exchange or a refund. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
Please be aware that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging/labels attached and be accompanied by your proof of purchase. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we aren’t able to accept returns on undergarments. We will, of course, always meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

We’ll do our best to ensure your exchange/refund is handled quickly, to ensure there are no delays with processing your exchange/refund please ensure that you complete the return slip on the packing slip or include your details with any returned item(s). Outside Sports are not able to accept responsibility if your returned item(s) are lot in transit therefore we recommend that you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door.
