What if my Click & Collect location is out of stock?
You can only select Click & Collect if the item is in stock at your chosen location. If the item is available at another store, you can place the order and email us at info@outsidesports.co.nz to request a transfer. Please note that this will add to the pickup time.
How much does Click & Collect cost?
Nothing! Click & Collect is absolutely free, even if we are getting your item from another store.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, just provide their details during checkout, and they can collect the order on your behalf.
What identification do you accept?
We accept Driver’s Licence, Passport, NZ Firearms Licence, Police ID, Armed Forces ID, or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
What if my order is the wrong size, or I change my mind?

What if my order isn’t ready in time?
If your order isn’t ready within 2-5 business days, we will notify you and provide an update.
