To request a refund:

1. Return the item(s) in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging/labels attached.
2. Wrap the item in a "courier bag" for return shipment.
3. Include the bottom portion of your packing slip with your completed details, or attach a note with your contact information and a request for a refund, clearly stating why you are requesting the refund.
4. Additionally, email info@outsidesports.co.nz with your refund request and reason for the return.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense if the item doesn’t fit or if you ordered the wrong item. For hygiene reasons, undergarments cannot be returned.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for sale or clearance items unless they are faulty. However, we are happy to offer you an exchange for another item. For more information on exchanges and returns, please visit our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges page.
