At Outside Sports our cornerstone belief is that life is better with outdoor adventures.One of the best ways to enjoy an outdoor adventure in our magnificent Southern Lakes region is ona bike.
Near all our store locations in Queenstown, Arrowtown, Te Anau, Wanaka, and Tekapo there are superb bike trails for everyone from newbies to pros.
To help support the local (mainly volunteer) organisationswho are out there building and maintainingthisworld-classbike trail network we donate $2.50 from every bike hire atOutside Sports.
Queenstown - we donate $2.50 from every bike hire to two organisations. With our downhill and enduro bike hires we support the Queenstown Mountain Bike Club, and withour trail bikes (gravel, hard tails and e bike hard tails) we contribute to the Queenstown Trails Trust.
Wanaka - we support to Bike Wanaka and the Upper Clutha Tracks Trust.
Te Anau - we give to the Fiordland Trails Trust
Tekapo - we help the Tekapo Trails Trust.

The Southern Lakes bike trail network is expanding and already offers some of the best biking anywhere. These are just a few examples of the fantastic work being done by the local Trail Trusts.
The new Wharehuanui Trail links Queenstown to Arrowtown, andalso gives riders access to other bike trails in the area. Already it’s massively popular.
The Te Anau Lake2Lake trail is a scenic ride in a spectacular location.
Tekapo Lagoon Trail is perfect family ride that delivers breathtaking lake and alpine views.
Wanaka Glendhu Bay Trail is arewarding mix of easy riding and steep pitches on a gravel trail beside the lake.
