Description
Arc'teryx's most versatile Gore-Tex shell. It features a durable 80-denier surface material and a lightweight, high-strength, PFC-free Gore-Tex ePE (extended polyethylene) membrane. It provides lasting waterproofing, windproofing, and breathability while reducing carbon emissions. C-KNIT backer enhances comfort.
The thin StormHood adjusts quickly with a simple pull, providing coverage without obstructing vision. The ergonomic structure allows for ease of movement, and the built-in RECCO reflector improves searchability in emergencies. This product is intentionally PFAS-free. The new ePE membrane technology is lighter and thinner while maintaining the same strength and durability as conventional materials. While products using the ePE membrane may appear slightly damp, this does not affect the waterproofing of the membrane itself. If you find the fabric damper than expected, washing and drying the jacket to remove oil stains will restore the DWR waterproofing.
