All you need to do is click the link in your Aspiring Club account portal. If you Follow us on Facebook you'll earn 20 points. Earn 20 more points for following us on Instagram too.

Send a discount code (on us) to a friend. If they are a new customer and they spend $100 or more via your link, 100 points will be automatically added to your Aspiring Club balance. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

How do I join the Loyalty Club?
Scroll to the top of this page and click the Blue 'Join' button. Or one of our helpful team can sign you up in-store.
Does it cost to join the Loyalty Club?
Membership is free. You just have to earn at least 750 points at Outside Sports stores or online within each 12 month period to maintain your eligibility for the Trailblazer Tier, or 1,500 points for Pinnacle Tier.
How can I redeem my points
If you are shopping in-store, ask our staff if yu have rewards to redeem. They will help you choose which of your available discounts to apply to your in-store purchase.
If shopping online, sign in to your Aspiring Club profile in the pop-up portal (click blue button at bottom left of our webpage). Click the Redeem tile in the lower part of the portal and select 'Available' to see what rewards are available for you to redeem. If you have rewards you can redeem them. This will give you a discount code that you then need to enter at checkout.
How do I qualify for the Trailblazer Tier
It’s easy. All you need to do is spend at least $750 at Outside Sports stores in Queenstown, Wanaka, Tekapo, Arrowtown, Te Anau or online within a 12 month period. At that point you will receive a bonus 100 points and an email outlining how to claim your exclusive rewards.
Do on sale items count towards my points accumulation?
Yes, almost any items you buy at Outside Sports count towards your eligibility for Loyalty Club membership. The exclusions include electronics, workshop parts and labour and bikes.
What are the benefits of the Loyalty Club?
All Outside Sports Loyalty Club members get free shipping over $150. You earn points on every purchase made and can earn extra points for referring friends. Those points are redeemed as vouchers that you can spend online and in-store.
Once you reach the Trailblazer and Pinnacle Tiers of the Loyalty Club, you get access to exclusive benefits that are not available to the general public: Preferential bookings at our snow and bike workshops at Queenstown and Wanaka, first dibs on the latest products with exclusive advance notice of new products arriving in store. Two free ski and bike demos a year. Special events just for Loyalty Club members. Pre-season pro deals and offers at Outside Sports Loyalty Club partners. More exclusive benefits are being added all the time.
Who is in the Club?
The other members of the Loyalty Club are concentrated in the Southern Lakes region, but there are many other members throughout New Zealand, and in other parts of the world.
Do I get a Membership Card?
Once you join, we will send you an email explaining how to access your account online and how to add your digital membership card to your mobile device for a faster, hassle-free in-person checkout experience.
If you don't have it, we can look you up in-store by email address. When purchasing online, your earned points will be automatically added to your balance (as long as you are logged in. Please don't checkout as guest).
You will need your digital membership card or an email from us, confirming your higher tier membership when redeeming deals with our Outside Sports Loyalty Club partners.
How do I book my free ski and bike demos?
To book your free demo skis and bikes, please send an email to info@outsidesports.co.nz or call us at Queenstown or Wanaka with your request - at least 1 week before you wish to take your demo. Please don't book online as you will be asked to pay! Free demos are only available to you and a family member. Please note: this is only available to Trailblazer and Pinnacle Tier members.
Do my points expire?
Your points will stay current for 2 years. You will get an email to let you know when points are approaching expiry.
