Can I earn loyalty points through snow rental bookings?
Please note that bicycles, electronics, rental items, and workshop products and services are not eligible for our Loyalty Programme. This means that you will not earn any loyalty points for purchases or bookings related to these products and services.
Can I have a day off skiing or snowboarding during my stay?
No
Can I get lift passes with you?
No. both NZSKi and Cardrona tickets offices are close to our Queenstown and Wanaka stores or you can buy them online.
Can I pick up my snow rentals from Queenstown and return them to Wanaka and vice versa?
You can return your snow rentals to our Queenstown store or Wanaka store; it is free of charge. If you would like to return your skis to Tekapo store, please talk with our staff when you check in, the cost would be $30 per set of skis.
When can I pick up my snow rental gear?
If you’re hiring Snow gear off us and please note that you can pick it up from 1pm the day before your initial hire date onwards.
If you are a repeat snow or bike rental customer
When you next hire off us we will have all your rental kit details on file.
Due to hygiene reasons we don't rent gloves or goggles, however, we have a great range of affordable products for purchase online and in-store. Order your goggles and gloves online and collect them when you check in.
